Hello, my name is Kary Flores, and I'm the main designer at Katsura Designs. If you are looking for wedding rentals and flowers in Vancouver, or anywhere else in the lower mainland, you are probably already worried about the crazy prices you find almost everywhere. I understand! Three years ago my husband and I started the same ride you are taking. One beautiful day we decided to get married! The first surprise was when he popped the question. The second, when I told my parents that I was moving from Mexico to Canada. And the third one, when I saw how expensive it was to get married in Vancouver.
But everybody wants a nice wedding, even if it will be a small, intimate reception, right? I have been planning and decorating wedding and events for such a long time and I've realized that getting married shouldn't be finantially draining or stressful. As a matter of fact, my husband and I planned our wedding in just two days. I know it sounds crazy, but it's true. Of course, there was a lot of commitment and flexibility from both of us, and we made it work out by trusting each other and by having a clear idea of what we needed and could afford. The first basic things were: having a check list and having a budget. After that, the hard part was sticking to the budget, and finding the right vendors, which I can help you with. I want to offer you a bit of what I've learned along the way, and save you money while you plan your Wedding.
When the time for our own wedding came, I was able to enjoy it and to focus on what was truly important: we were getting married! Commiting to each other, and starting "the rest of our lives" together. And you can have the same. On your wedding day, you will not need to think about the budget, the set-up, the take-down, the details, the quality, etc. Everything will be taken care of, so you can start your "happily ever after" without delays.
Katsura Designs was born in Mexico many years ago. Since then, Floral Design, Event Decor and Planning have been our full-time passion. From our first years, my team and I absolutely loved seeing people's faces; they always had something beautiful to share. A new baby, true love, saying I'm sorry, or getting married. To me, there is nothing greater than being able to share a happy moment with our friends and clients. Most specially, being part of a couple's wedding day. It is something so incredibly special for us, that we will do our best to exceed their expectations and dreams.
Katsura Designs serves brides in Vancouver and the lower mainland, by providing full floral design services and wedding rentals, for any budget, size, colour, style or need. If a Weddings only last one day, it makes perfect sense to rent! It helps the environment, the budget and it reduces stress significantly.
